    That is a HUGE benefit!

    Nice move by a great employer !

    For those of you that haven't served in the military...the pay scale is right up there with your first job. For Lochinvar to offer this benefit is a HUGE boost to any of their employees who have chosen to serve.

    The reports I've seen on some news programs have shown how some families lost a lot when a provider has been selected to be shipped out. Money problems also cause many marriage problems, and for these guys to step up to the plate as they have, will keep the peace at home....for sure.
