New system-Propane or oil?

I need to replace the system in my home. Currently oil fired furnace. I would like to replace with a boiler and a hydro fancoil unit. My hangup is which fuel. With oil @4.50 here in Philli I am leaning to Propane. The system would probably be a Weil ultra either way. Multi speed fancoil (Firct Co or similar), tekmar outdoor reset etc. The unit would also power an indirect WH. Approx 2800sq ft heated space and 2 adults/2 teens.
Any opinions would be appreciated.

4.50?
Thats Cheap. It is 5 bucks here. You can calculate this out for your own situation. Propane prices last year went from 89.35 / 100 gal to 152.95 / 100 gal. Heating oil went from 162.30 / 100 gal to 261.37 / 100 gal. So, they are tracking each other almost bang on. Here is a link to a calculator. Even with the higher efficiecy furnaces you will still pay more for propane. http://www.homeconstructionimprovement.com/2007/12/oil-vs-propane-fuel-calculator.html0
