While looking at "The Energy Detective." energy monitor , it occurs to me it might be a better fit for what you want. On the video on the technician puts a current sensing device on the incoming electric lines to monitor the entire house. If you wanted to monitor specific appliances all you would have to do is locate it on the appliances specific electric line. I might buy the second one just to play with that feature. Cool! WW
