Parker-Hannifin (spell) makes a bench mount hand cranked bender. It bends 1" SS with no problem, one hand is all you need. bob

Anybody know of a good bench mount copper tube bender that has a capacity of 1 1/8" O.D.? Actually larger would be good too.

do you mean hand operated or powered?

the REMS Curvo has a tripod option, I'm sure it could be bench mounted.

Remember if you want to bend 20 foot lengths you will need some "swing" room or the bender will need to swivel on it's mount.

My REMS will bend up to 1-1/4 copper. I believe they now have a 2" model??

I have heard of guys bending copper with an electrical condiut bender. I've never had good luck with one on hard drawn copper.

It takes some power to bend 1-1/4 copper. I'm not sure a hand bender would work without a 10 foot handle :)

    hand or electric powered?

It would be a pretty tough go to bend 1-1/4 copper with a hand bender. it takes some power. maybe with a 10 foot handle :)

Remember if you want to bend 20 foot lengths you will need some "swing" room or the bender will need to swivel on it's mount.

The REMS has a tripod option. I'm sure it could adapt to a bench mount easily.

I think REMS now has a model to bend up to 2" copper?

    Ridgid

Used to make several size pipe benders built into their 'tri-stand' pipe vise. Also "Greenlee" has a wide variety of benders for electricians.

Ridgid Model 460 Tri-stand has 3 different pipe benders built in
