    I know of two

    Triangle Tube has a great piping and wiring manual and the Advanced Hydronic heating Design Manual by John Sigenthaler is awesome.

    WM has some nice books that show detailed installs. If you deal with one of their wholesalers you can look at the WM training offerings, perhaps the selection is online, I havent' checked. I think the other posts John S. was the resource for the WM book.
