Commercial Hot Water for Heating Coils

My Question involves Expansion Tanks in Hot water Heating for Commercial Buildings.
We have a couple that loses its Pressure--Over pressurizes the system and must be Drained and Refilled with air pocket--There is no water Leakage--What is the Best solution in finding Leaks in these systems.

Where is the expansion tank
connection relative to the circulating pump(s)?
What is the cold operating pressure versus the normal hot operating pressure? Does the relief valve ever lift off?
You say "a couple"- I assume meaning expansion tanks- are these in the very same system or are we talking about multiple systems?0
