Anyone familiar with a ridgid 65 R -C threader? will it work well with a 300 power head? I'm looking to buy these as a pkg deal0 -
65-R
threads from 1" to 2 " with one set of dies. jam-proof cuts crooked threads if you wish. made for the 300. a superior tool. will last a lifetime unless you lose it or some one steals it.0 -
The 65R is a great tool
Years ago we FOUND one in immaculate shape at the scrap yard with a tri-stand that someone had thrown out! I can only imagine that someone was cleaning out a basement of someone who had passed away. The 65R has been my go to threader since we found it. I have not used the Ridgid 700 because it likes to rip the threads off the cheap steel pipe while the 65R makes clean, perfect threads. What a great tool!
