Radiant Heating for a Hotel

Hi,

I am working on a new construction hotel in North Central Washington 50-60 units. The area has 300 + days of sun per year, hot summers, cold winters. Most of the back of the property will face the South. Looking into solar to heat the water. Electric is the norm and rates are low right now... Geothermal might be a possiblity. I had someone suggest going radiant heating and the cooling with ceiling fans, air circulation with the windows etc... I would like to get some suggestions for this, wondering if the radiant registers on the wall might be the way to go, if there are applications that can prevent someone getting hot fingers... I see there are alternatives to copper which is going up in price, like PEX pipe,

Thanks

Steve
