Can't find leak in customer's hot water heat system. Decided to try some kind of stop leak compound. System has wet-rotor pump and copper fin 80+ boiler.

    stop leak

Yes, I realize there's no guarantee, and the customer will be made aware of this. It's only a shot in the dark. Anyway, is there some kind of consensus as to the favorite stop-leak compound?

    Did you try

Did you try checking the heat exchanger to see if it looks steam cleaned? Water can disappear through this area and be very hard to find as it goes up the chimney.

Leak stop is a band aid.

    not steam cleaned

I noticed the leak when I was replacing a leaking expansion tank. The boiler was cool. There is no leak from the boiler - even when it's not hot. I believe the leak(s) is somewhere in the slab-heated section. The condo is not old, so I don't think the slab is full of copper. I can't prove this, though - I've searched everywhere and can't find a manifold or anything.
