    Mad Dog ,

This is all I found on Navien , which used to be called Heating Box. It is manufactured by AQ Energy Inc/Kyung Dong America.
We service a few of them presently, that we adopted from another service company. I have not found a rep for them as of yet. The website is a good one with plenty of info.

I know the rep in Western NY is WMS Sales out of Clarence, NY, with offices in Buff, Roch, Syracuse & Albany.

  • Mad Dog ,

No issues to report so far.

Quality seems to be all there .

At first it reminded me of a similar design to Raypack.

    Just call....

800.519.8794 they will direct you to a sales rep who is working the east coast. These are good people with good products. I have had a relationship with them for 2 1/2 years. I find their products cutting edge with sound engineering and manufacturing.

The large conglomerate Kyong Dong bought up manufacturing rights after the inventor of the Heating Box sold these rights to them. They bring in these products by the ship container method and are basd in Irvine California.

They are relatively new here in the US but Fred (I forget his last name)is a genius when it comes to tankless technology and engineering.
