Finding My City's Carbon Footprint
I am on Lowell's Green Building Commission and we are trying to figure out the energy use/ carbon footprint of the entire city, including building energy use and transportation energy use. The purpose is to provide a baseline, to guage future improvements. We may join and use software from a group called ICLEI that provides software and support for that purpose, but joining cost $1200. Is anyone familiar with the group or does anyone know of any free alternatives?
Thanks, Bob Gagnon
