    Funny...

    I do business with Rich Gaspar (he's a reference on my website testimonial page) and did the heating in the home that drove him to therapy. We still maintain the system, the homeowner got divorced...his wife is easier to deal with.

    Thanks. That was a great article.

    One of the best points made is to make sure you have a contract. I can not tell you how many contractors owe supply houses money right now because they did not have a contract.

    Giving up the 24/7 cell phone will add 20 years to everyones life too.

    This is why I work for someone else. I tried it on my own for a bit....but saw the writing on the wall.

    I think I'll delve into the Lawyer/Contractor's site and see what that says. That might be fun! Chris
