Oil Tank Balloon?

I got an e-mail from a friend looking for a "blow up" plastic oil tank to use as a template (like a balloon.) He needs to see if a 275/330 will fit in the basement. I only remember a flat cardboard template that only gave the footprint. Can anyone help? Anyone have any ideas for my friend?

a couple of 2x4's nailed together
... should do the trick. Particularly easy if you need to do a simple shape like the Roth tanks (rectangular).0 -
