Organizing your shop

I used chicken wire to make dividers for all the takeoffs and duct fittings on a couple pallet racks. The duct takes up less space if you can fab up a rack to store it vertically. We just hauled a lot of the odd and leftover junk that hasn't been touched in years to the scrap yard.

What to do with this ductwork
Hi guys, I am moving my shop next month and I am wondering if any of you guys have come up with great ways to organize your inventory. Specifically ductwork.0 -
are you asking?
Josh, are you asking us WETHEADS to help ya sort the sorched air sheet metals ? I use the scraps sheet metal for flame guard..0 -
C'mon man. I'm 90% hydronic. I do my own HRVs, ERVs, and exhaust venting.
I know there are allot of guys here that do both and that is who I'm asking here. How do the rest of you guys with combo shops organize? Sheet metal fittings and pipe seem to take up 10 times more space than hydronic.0 -

We have spent the last six weeks moving into our new building so I feel your pain. Ours is still a work in progress but this is what have done. -DF
