Repost: if you have a lot of this Baseboard that can be a great application for a lower temp boiler.
Do a updated heatloss and check to "see" what the bld. actually needs: the baseboards may be oversized?

Rating for 1-1/4\" steel finned pipe
Does anyone know the rating for 1-1/4" steel finned pipe in a steel baseboard radiation enclosure? The enclosure is about 10" high. It is in an older home and I am pricing a new boiler. It would be the rating for hot water at 180 deg.
Thanks
