Need Small Residential Dual-Fuel Burner

Help!! We need a few small (less than 200,000 BTU) oil/gas burners like those made by Sun-Ray three decades ago.
Oil prices are out of sight, but plumbing customers don't want to abandon their oil tanks for fear that gas prices will shoot up next year or oil will drop again.
Heatwise makes one that's a minimum of 200,000 BTU. Too big!
Will somebody PLEASE make a small dual-fuel burner, PLEASE!!
