I HAVE NO EXPERIENCE WITH MUNCHKIN BOILERS.THE MANUAL LEFT WITH THE CUSTOMER IS OF NO HELP AT ALL.I CANNOT GET A STONG FLAME SIGNAL .8 TO .5.THE SENSOR AND IGNITOR HAVE BEEN REPLACED,AFTER DOING SO THE FLAME SIGNAL WAS AT 1.5.I CALLED TECH. SUPPORT AND HE HAD ME ADJUST THE OFFSET AND IT WAS GREAT 3.5.[ALL READINGS AT LOW FIRE OF COURSE].I WAS CALLED BACK WILL FLAME FAILURE.I NOW CANNOT GET IT TO FIRE UP AT ALL.A FLAME SIGNAL NEVER GETS ABOVE 1.0 EXCEPT ONCE AFTER CLEANING THE SENSOR.THEN IT WAS 3.5.I SHOULD ADD THAT THE CO AND C02 READINGS WERE IN THE PRINTED PERAMETERS.THERE IS ALSO SOME CONFUSSION ON THE GAS VAVLE SETUP.THE VALVE APPEARS TO BE A HONEYWELL AND THE SET-UP SHEET I GOT FROM A WHOLESALER SAYS IT SHOULD BE A DUNGS.I WOULD APPRECIATE SOME INPUT.
THANK-YOU FOR YOUR TIME

ask about....(and STOP YELLING!!!)
the gasket at the base of the firetube.
Depending on the age of the boiler, I have seen this happen when it fails.Wires to the sensor and GROUND..should also be put through paces and checked for constant continuity.
Why do these things always seem to come in on a weekend? Chris0
