Boiler instead of BTR500's?

I do a lot of work for a national seafood chain. Lately I have been shoehorning BTR365/500 100 gallon w.h. into very tight mechanical rooms. They let the hot water run for hours and frequently run out, hence the need to install another heater. Can anybody suggest a boiler/storage tank set up for me? One that won't take up as much room, as well as not beat me up so much physically?
Thanks,
Jeff

Try the Lochinvar Armour 500 mbh condensing boiler w/
100 gals storage. The non fired tank is much much lighter along with the boiler. I am not as big a fan for the heat x on this boiler but they are one of the few that make direct flow through potable condensing boiler in this size range. The heat x must be cleaned at least once a yr maybe twice in this application?? not sure on that. Tim0
