american stabilis MR100 control

I ran across an American Stabilis control MR1000 that is used as an isolation relay. 115 volts run to hot and neutral but the rest loks like 24 volts with 18 gauge wire. My question is does anyone have a wiring diagram and / or does #3 carry 115 volts? This is on an air handler that is used for heating and a/c.
