I have 2 sisters who have had to endure this pain as well.
Al, over time the pain will be easier to deal with, but will never go away. Lean on family and all your friends as needed. Keep the memories alive and smile when you think of him.

I spent some time on the phone this morning with Al Bruno. As you can imagine, as he and his family go through this difficult time, being able type messages here on The Wall is not the easiest thing to do.
Al has asked that I let all of you know hes reading all your words and hes feeling the presence of all your prayers. He cannot begin to describe the appreciation he has for the brotherhood he is a part of here at the wall and appreciation for how many of you have reached out to him with kind words, love and prayers.
He truly feels its this very community and all of you and your prayers that are keeping him strong and getting him through this difficult time.
Thank you and God Bless you all. Al Bruno
Your friend in the industry,

Thanks for the update Alan
I can't even begin to imagine the heart break he and his family feel right now.
Kids aren't supposed to go before their parents.

Thank you all for the kind words, prayers and the condolances
They all ment alot to me. Alan, thanks for listening and understanding. While the pain is fresh, I know that he is in a better place. and time will fade the hurt.
some of you, may have read the circumstances surounding this tragedy, there is more than you know! you see... we have learned, that the probable cause of the crash was a combination of events that all came together at the same time.
1) he was late for work 2)he was Texting his best friend at the moment of impact about what he was doing.(nothing illegal)
3) stereo in car turned all the way up (probably never knew the cop was behind him)
Remember the days when we all did things like this? Lets face it, everyone makes mistakes and at some point has taken stupid chances. Most of us have just been lucky and lived to tell about it. My "little buddy" was'nt one of them and God decided he needed him more.
Please explain to your kids about the danger of Texting while driving! If your eyes are on the phone reading a message. they can't be on the road! and this is the result! It only takes a second to change everyone's life forever. And Not for the better! If the message can save just one person, then his life was not taken in vain! Please THINK and take NOTHING for granted
Again I want to thank everyone for their support. and it is comforting to know.I have friends out there.
God Bless you all
