Furnace not making enough hot water

The furnace is suddenly not making enough hot water to get through a shower. Their is no increase in demand or usage. The only change is a new shower head that I would have to say has the same out put as the old one. Do you tink it is a problem with the storage system or what?

you need to....
watch those showerheads. Some of them will allow A LOT of water to flow through making for a short cold shower. Do you have a tankleess coil (no storage tank)if you exceed the flow rate you most certainly will run out sooner. Do you have plenty of hotwater at a sink? kpc0 -
Is the low hot water flow at all the faucets or just the recently changed showerhead? If it is bad everywhere I would suspect a scaled up tankless coil, which will need to be cleaned with acid soon before the flow goes to zero and the coil must be replaced.0
