Anyone know what the last year was that Kewanee made residential boilers? Found this one in Appleton; looked like it was made in 1980, but I see they are out of business now.
Thanks

It's older than that
I'd say 1940s or '50s. The gas conversion burner looks considerably newer. This thing was oil-fired at one time and maybe was coal originally.
What do you plan to replace it with?

Very Old
My son in law and daughter have one that is very similar in there home in Grafton, Wi. There home was built in the early 40s. 1941 to be exact (I just called her). Sarah and Eric's house is steam. What is the one you posted?
They were built like tanks. I tried to talk him into an upgrade but I'm just Sarah's old man, what do I know.
