They look great! I like to loop the pex to make one continuous run and install the manifold later, but its hard to get everything to stay where you want it. These should help with that and keep the power trowels at bay as well. Thanks for sharing!

for keeping the tubes
aligned and even as the come through the slab.
These blocks snap together to route the tube up to the manifold. Face them either direction, strap the blocks down with rebar if needed. Four inches tall so you trowel right to the block and it protect the tube from trowels.
No reason it couldn't be used on a gyp pour of even on a wood subfloor product, I suppose.
(they are not snapped together tightly so I can rebox them)
