Largest Sunrad

Ran into one of those customers that just HAVE to have the radiators recessed into the wall. Spoke to them about blowing in insulation and doing the windows over, but all they want to know about is how much "space" they can glean from recessing the rads. The disclaimer on this proposal will be very humorous indeed.
What is the largest Sunrad that can be installed on a 1" riser on the second floor of a small house. 4 rads total. The boiler has plenty of capacity. Mains are adequate. I'm looking for experienced installs. I want to see if I am being too conservative with my sizing. And, no, we cannot "wreck the wallpaper" to get new, larger risers up to the second floor.
All assistance appreciated.
I am || this close to firing this customer.
