Multiple Condensing Boilers

...flow through both all of the time. The IOM shows a piping example with 2 boilers and no isolation for a unit that is off. Any thoughts on this...pulse combustion " Fulton " is the brand.
edit : ( clarification ) ...does it matter that I have flow through a boiler that isn't firing ? The original message reads as broken English as I review it.
These also use a specific vent ...type " BH " ..stainless steel. There are a few connections that are leaking condensate ( planning on high temp silicone sealant to fix this ). Any comments on this venting system appreciated as well ( good , bad ...it's all the same to me , lol ). -M
