Looks like an HB smith. Too bad it's not an American since imho they made the best looking radiators.

Don't think it's a Smith
it looks like it has the usual 2-1/2" section spacing. The Smith rads had a wider spacing. It almost looks like a Koran (yes, that WAS the name of a radiator), but not quite.
