what is each apt using to control the heat? A TRV or is it just fed straight thru to all apts? www.heat-timer.com will give you all the options you are looking for. to save money on fuel it is improtant to monitor you return line to prevent steam from reaching this far. ALl I can tell You is Open you wallet because these timers are Pricy.

    Have a EPU model Heat Timer running a steam boiler in a 19 unit apartment building. The building overheats so I'm looking for a way to use the Heat Timer as an on-off cycle timer for the system. Do you have any experience using the Heat Timer device for this?
