Retrofitting Myson

I have a three-zone system and was wondering if it is feasible to convert copper tube to iron radiators using 3/4" to 1/2" mono flow t's to connect to the new radiators (like Myson) zone by zone, over time, since I don't have the money to do the project all at once. In other words, will this disrupt the flow rate significantly? Also is there a good way to hide the 3/4" pipe running between the monoflow t's behind the new radiators?
