Need a steam pro - Boston Area
The pros listed under "Find a Pro" for my area focus on radiant and hydronic. Can anyone suggest a pro to hire? I used Ed Wallace in the past, but he's MIA.
This is what I need:
1. Installation of adequate venting on a 350K BTU/Hr steamer that has no main vents at all. May need four Gorton 2s.
2. Replacement of the pressure relief valve which today leaks a gentle stream of steam.
3. Fix leak on a big steam valve that drips slightly.
4. Evaluate the boiler feed pump setup which seems to fill the boiler to around 2-inches above the proper fill line.
The boiler is an AO Smith that is around 15 years old.
Thanks for any referrals.Steve from Denver, CO0 -
