So my doc diagnoses me with ulnar entrapment, and maybe radial as well. My hand has been numb & tingley with random pain for weeks now. Anyone found relief for this? Says it is pliars / wrench related. Seeing a physical therapist friday...

    If the therapy does not work then it is time to operate on the elbow, I have not had ulnar entrapment, however I have had both hands operated on for carpal tunnel syndrome, all I can say it it was a relief to get it over with.
