Sealed Combustion Oil Buderus

I see that the Sealed Combustion oil fired Buderus calls or the stainless corrugated flex pipe, or simple 26gg w/ caulking. Is it a crime to use Heat Fab stainless piping??
I suppose I can't ask Buderus... not in the specs. The question almost doesn't make sense as I type the words... how could 26gg be ok and stainless pipe not OK?
Thanks,
gary
