green flame sensor

I got a customer who has a flame sensor the turns green and beging to trip out after about 30 days, the unit is in a large basment, Gas pressure is good, no chemicals around the unit. any ideas. we did a tune up in november we have back 3 times already to reclean and adjust, call backs kill me!!!!

is this a copper core boiler, if so do you have condensation of flue gas under certain conditions.0
