i've used one of these in my house for the past 13yrs, and i intalled it with a ducted, blower system; works great!

and here's what i'm considering; they say that they didn't offer an internal hw coil due to the complications and safety regulations, but a hw, finned coil can be placed inside the supply ducting, and connected to a circulator for radiant. and no relief necessary because it'll never get above 120degs. so, with a tight basement, you simply blow the hot air through the supply ducting, over the coil, and into your basement. you get a warm basement and a supply of hot water for radiant

anyone ever done it or something similar?
