Floral shop

Can't seem to get where to come up with some accurate requirements for a floral shop...

Anyone built one or remodeled a strip mall for a small floral shop of 1200sq ft or so?

i looked for forums, considerations of florists.."how to" and just not having any luck...

mechanical, plumbing , humidification, waste disposal, hepa ventilation, climate control...like that...

i am off to look in my Engineering handbooks and ASHRAE books to see if i can find some outlines ...well, if that doesn't work ,...the Book store might have something on Astrology
and ancient secrets of the Magi for composing florist shops...
