Old recessed steel / ci radiators

I have three of these recessed radiators that I want to estimate the area of for a new boiler size calculation. This unit has four ci horizontal members, and steel fins, similar to the usual hot water baseboard unit. The fins are 7.5 in deep and 8 in tall. The overall length of this unit is 54 inches. It puts out many BTU. Can anyone point me in the direction of the BTU / ft?
