Two places I know of
are Second Chance, (410) EVergreen 5-1101, located at 1645 Warner Street right below the Losers' Stadiums (or is it "Stadia"), and William J. Theiss, (410) HAmilton 6-7946, on Harford Road between Cold Spring Lane and Argonne Drive.
