The 6-gallon units will be shipped to the distributors who placed orders first by March 18 th.As the backlog is reduced, the other distributors will get theirs, based on the order in which they placed their initial orders for these products. Honeywell sincerely apologizes for this lengthy and unexpected delay. I think they will be well worth the wait; some of the updates we made to the water& drain connections will make installation even easier. I witnessed an installation 2 weeks ago, by techs who had never seen a TrueSteam before, and they were done within an hour. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Do you have any idea when the new TrueSteam Humidifiers will finally be available? I can no longer get updates from supply house on status and emails to honeywell go unanswered. I have 3 sold and 3 very irate customers at this point due to lack of info from honeywell. I was promised these in early december 2007 and it is now March 2008 and no new info in over 6 weeks. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for the information. Hopefully, my local supply house, which supposedly brokered with honeywell to get first deliveries of units will get enough to satisfy orders. I can't what to get my hands on this.

They ARE worth the wait. Order a couple remote mount kits, and if you use them with the VisionPro IAQ control, it make wiring even simpler. Thanks for your interest in our products.
