YOU may not have...but I'd bet dollars to dough nuts you have a couple of customers who found themselves at the mercy of a BlueRay dealer at 1 time....Just ask.

The g125BE is a totally different animal, and my only concern is the fuel quality.(I have horror stories...but you need to ask)

Excellent Training Class !

I must say I am very impressed with the Buderus Blue Flame burner. It was VERY cool to see it in operation. It is very field friendly for servicing. I can't wait to install one!!!!!!! A boiler that will hold it's efficiency from start-up to 20 plus years down the road, Who would of thought of such a thing? Kudos to Buderus!

DON'T call it a Blue Flame Burner!!!!

Didn't Charlie instill that in you today? For God's Sake man...any connotation with the previous blue flame attempts should be avoided at ALL costs.(some remember!)

Marketing should be delivered as "Low NOx"..NOT blue flame.

I had a great day there too, a month and 1/2 ago, and am similarly impressed. I just hope the customers can see the advantages that come with the price point that is unavoidable.

Is Charlie a great person to be teaching this, or what? Chris

I could see not calling something a sill-cock, a cock hole cover,or a close nipple for our customers' sake, but what is so wrong with calling the thing a blue flame? If you insist, I suppose you could explain to the HO the tragic past; the "old" blue flame. Psstttt.... they probably don't know!

I feel pretty good because I never dealt with the old blue flame, so no baggage here!
