Knight User Access code
In anticipation of getting a Knight WBN installed, one of the contractors told me that if I had my boiler installed by them, I would not be able to access the boiler 'computer'.
Now I understand there are user access parameters and separate installer access parameters. The factory set access codes are in the I/O and service manuals.
But, what if the installer changes the codes? Is there a way to reset them to the factory code, so that I can access it as IMHO I should be able to without having to call the installer to adjust user adjustable parameters or if I want to have the boiler serviced annually by someone other than the installer?

There is no worse nightmare for a service department than to have a customer decide that he knows better than the professional installer who programmed the control. We have had this happen on boiler controls and Tekmar boiler resets.0 -
Lochinvar gives the user access to most of the parameters.0
