    Knight User Access code

In anticipation of getting a Knight WBN installed, one of the contractors told me that if I had my boiler installed by them, I would not be able to access the boiler 'computer'.
Now I understand there are user access parameters and separate installer access parameters. The factory set access codes are in the I/O and service manuals.
But, what if the installer changes the codes? Is there a way to reset them to the factory code, so that I can access it as IMHO I should be able to without having to call the installer to adjust user adjustable parameters or if I want to have the boiler serviced annually by someone other than the installer?

    Knight

There is no worse nightmare for a service department than to have a customer decide that he knows better than the professional installer who programmed the control. We have had this happen on boiler controls and Tekmar boiler resets.

Lochinvar gives the user access to most of the parameters.
