of saving a very large 72" cast iron radiator from the scrap yd.
It was in a steam system and I need to convert it to Hw. Is was in a basement and has two good tapings on one side. Where do i find the special fitting to do this using only tappings on one side so the water won't shour cycle through the rad....ty,kpc

Oventrop makes a trv that is made for one pipe steam rads. It injects water into the back of the rad to allow the rad to heat up evenly. Check out there web site im sure you can find liteature on it.
