Domestic Hot Water from new boiler

Have new weil mclian varible speed bioler Ultra 105 connected to new weil mclain hot water holding tank. the problem i have is that the TD is too high and the boiler trips out on this error. originally tryed to get by with an old glow core tank and ran 3/4 to feed it, instead of 1 inch. does 3/4 provide that much restriction over 1 inch piping? Have a big pump trying to overcome the restriction origianlly in the glow core 30 gallon side arm tank. the new w. m. tank is 56 gallon and called an 80.
can,t get enough hot water to feed my jacussi tub. isnt that sad? turned temp down to 160 from 180 domestic to keep biler fired for domestic.
very busy,to the 3/4 change to 1 inch. Is it that obvious to fix the problem?

    Thanks

    hot water heater new boiler

dont have pictures. the boiler is hung on the wall with a circilator pump above it to "pump the boiler" in the return and one in the main line to pump the system overhead just past the expansion tank and spirovent jr.and a pump to pump to the domestic water tank. all one inch pipe excedpt down to the d.w. t. which is 3/4 s & R. Not much as to lengths of pipe. the instructions called for one inch to the domestic of which i didnt do cause the original tank was 3/4. in hind site should have. is that what i need to do?
i am an HVAC Sheet Metal contractor, not a boiler expert by any means.
thanks for any coments u mite give me.

I would change the piping & follow their piping diagram exactly did you use the DHW priority? You should have plenty of hot water. Have installed several of these with no complaints.

    yes it is...

W-M is very specific...Actually to that water heater you need 1 1/4" 1" and a Taco 0012 pump. That boiler is actaully too small for the water heater to get the listed outputs. Flow is everything!

Weil Mclain Gold indirect ss water heater is made by Triangle Tube www.triangletube.com see spects vs W M gold. The W M Gold 80 is only the Triangle Tube 60. I have no idea why W M is calling their Gold 80 a 80 gallon indirect when it is not a tru 80 gallon indirect. Yon might have to use 1" or 1 1/4" piped to the indirect with high head circulator. Check W M spects. Your indirect water heater output will be limited to how many btu you have from your boiler. what about a tankless gas water heater just for the jacuzzi? TGWH would only use energy when it is running.

    Not So!

Both Triangle and W/M import these nearly identical units from Europe.

been checking literature as recommended in the forum and found that 3/4 can have as much as 50% less flow than even one inch tube. will try and change to one inch. is there anything with more flow than a straight branch tee ,also. to improve flow? if it was sheet metal, we would make a radius 90.
    thanks
