It's a....
Wood/coal, oil.... unit, with the hole for the oil burner "schmuunderred over".
Let the buyer know that it would be cheaper to call a "removal company" to get rid of it than it would cost for someone to get it out of, or into their basement.If some boob buys it on e-bay....I guess it belongs to them.
Basically...it's scrap. E-bay constituents might think differently, but therein lies the beauty of the site.
Hope no one here gets the call to hook it up. If you do, see John Barba's thoughts on hooking up a radiant system installed by the home owner.
These things are HEAVY and take some direction and thinking to make them work right. Chris
