Snow Melt/DHW help

I am looking for any advice I can get on my new project. I am on a build to suit basis that includes 7000' of snowmelt, 120 Gallon DHW, powered by two ultra 310's. I know my heating load is more then the two ultras can handle so I plan on staging the pumps somehow. I have 3,000' of tube going in for the garage area, and 2,000' for the car port drive up. These are my first concerns. I have an additional 2000' going to a back patio. I need a dual sepreation for my DHW to Snowmelt designs so I plan on using Heat exchange braze plate. I need any ideas on piping and controls. If you need more info please let me know.
Thanks AL

    staging pumps

ain't gonna produce load btu's your boilers can't provide????

    maybe I'm miss-understanding your comment?

maybe best just to keep DWH separate all together.

    btu loads

The house is only 27,000sq' and the mechanical room is smaalllll. I would love to do seperate units. I was going to stage the pumps so I can snow melt the two zones that are important first. Then run the last zone after 6 or 8 hours. Just so I don't need all the BTU's at one time.

If you can, install 2 raypak outdoor units with all the pumps and manifolds in the garage. Bronze header modulating units, that is if you have nat gas.

    details

This house is highly detailed. There is no way they will let me install two boilers outside. The only outside space available for equipment is for the generator. The house is all geothermal so there is not even an outdoor AC unit.

    pumps and manifolds

They even had me install Watts manifold boxes for all manifold locations. Even in the mechanical rooms. All the walls are painted black and the unitrut is being powder coated black. This job needs to be perfect.
