Does anyone know where I can get pre-fabricated PEX Mats 10' x 125' ?

  • Just looking at this...

Brought to my attention by an architect, don't know any more about them than what's on the page. Sounds like a good product however.

    Try Viega radiant systems.

They have been making pre-strung PEX tubing mats for large slab applications in the sizes you seek. The Beka and Natural Cooling (Karo) products are polypropylene capillary tube mat systems and are completely different animals than PEX. Polypropylene is NOT an oxygen barrier material and some care and attention has to be taken when engineering the hydronics system to decouple the non-oxygen barrier capillary tube system from the ferrous hydronic components.

Check out the Aquatherm polypropylene hydronic piping system too- now rated for North American codes and applications. It's in my toolbox of good stuff. http://www.aquatherm.ca/download.html
