I understand, I wasn't trying to open a can of worms. I was looking at it more on the technical end of it. I thought maybe it was a trouble-shooting problem, something that you ran into, that's all. I've had good luck with Burnham products. Thanks!

I have posted this before.....

....but it bears repeating.

Glenn Stanton went out of his way a few years ago to assist me with a problem. Not a Burnham problem, mind you, but a "customer from h-e-double toothpicks" problem.

I needed some wall convectors ASAP, and was getting stonewalled by my supplier. Glenn PERSONALLY assisted me in getting the units I needed, and went WAY above and beyond the call of duty. I will never forget that. Burnham is a TOP NOTCH, QUALITY COMPANY, and it is a pleasure to do business with them.
