piping diagram

Hi all,

Here is a piping diagram that I would like feedback on. The house is average size with one baseboard zone feed by an oil boiler with a tankless coil. A new master bath was added that is heated by staple up with plates. The existing house will also be split into 2 zones. I tried to show the existing piping in black and new in red. I think what I show here is a decent layout with minimal piping changes. I am interested in what other ideas may say.

you might not like the outcome....

someplace on the top screen is a green slot that says SHOP ,..see if you can find a small paperback called Pumping Away.

i think you might enjoy the read and it has certain concepts that you would likely integrate with your piping diagrams.

one of the biggies with the mixing valve is to have a by pass at the boiler to help pump the temp up on its return journey....

if it is a condensing boiler my mistake.

The 007 at the boiler is existing and I want to avoid moving it. I wasn't worried about return water temp because the boiler is on older Dynatherm with a large water volume, the radiant zone is small and with staple up I don't think the water temp will be that low. I could be convinced otherwise.
