I thought the US mail was just for ransom letters, anthrax and disconnect notices. If it does not say 'payment enclosed', it goes in a special pile...I do well with being listed on mfg's websites (Laars, Weil McLane, and so on) as an authorized service provider. 3 calls last week! Also, the local phone company's search engines with good key words. A few from there as well.
