Trane Torrivent T-8
Hello All,
I came across a Trane fan coil (used for heating) unit last week and have been unable to get any information from Trane.
I'm hoping that someone here may have worked or installed one of these units. Here's the info:
Trane Torrivent
Model: T-8
Serial: 450774
Does anyone know how many BTU's this unit produces?0 -
torrivent
Any of you airheads know anything about this??0 -
As far as I know(we replaced a T-18 last year), it is a 8 sq ft coil. So cfm=500(fpm)*8(face area)= 4000 cfm. btu/h=4000(cfm)*1.08*35(delta T)= 151,200 btu/h.
This is how I figured our replacement, and no problems so far.
