DHW Bolier Coil Question

Have a WM bolier with DHW coil, DHW storage tank, HW 7224U Aquastat. My question is, when there is a demand for DHW, what will trigger the burner to fire? I do not see any control in the aquatstat for DHW, just for heating (hi-low-diff).

Never mind, I just realized it operates within the low limit and adj low limit range when there is no call for heat.
During no call for heat:
If my low is set at 160, my adj low is set at 10, so when the temp drops below 150, the burner fires until the temp
goes back to 160, correct?
