i would like
to get your opinions. We have one of these water heaters at work and the stack is only a few degrees warmer than the incoming water.

I am not as familiar as I should be with this equipment, but it is supposed to have the flame in direct contact with the water. With that low a stack temperature, where is the condensate going? Apparently into the water itself.
what do you think of that?0 -
where
is the condensation going with 60 degree stack temps? into the water? is this OK?0 -
Yes
It goes into the water, FDA approved for food processing also. The one I had a chance to see was for a seafood processing company here in Seattle. They figure the dillution rate is so high with large volume heaters like this that it does not change the water makeup much at all.0
